Wrong url link in admin menu

When you are editing some module in
admin/management/modules/edit/9 for example
the link from the admin menu "management->modules" points to
admin/management/modules/edit
rather then admin/management/modules

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Assigned user set to “dogmatic69”
that should be fixed already in branch dev-rmac and will be merged to dev soon
