When checking loadModules() for empty module it doesn't return false

For example:
$left_module = $this->Infinitas->loadModules('left');
and than:
echo strlen($left_module);

And there aren't any modules set for this possition
it still gives back a result of "32" instead of "0"
so when check is made !empty($left_module) it returns false
