delete newsfeed cache

this could be done with an event, maybe in the feedable behavior, afterSave / afterDelete so anything that acts as feedable should trigger that and clear the cache.

- State changed from “open” to “invalid”
- Assigned user set to “dogmatic69”
- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
neews feed no longer works like that so it can manage its own cache.
