[bug] table prefix missing after install

for contents, layouts and trash.. should all have global_ but missing
as far as i can see the models are the same, dont know what is missing there.
/core/contents/models/content|layout /core/trash/models/trash

seems to be an issue when the table name has the prefix duplicated. have hacked the prefix into the migrations for now
