Design Helper arrayToList CSS classes

It would be nice to tweak the arrayToList method so that we can control the classes given to the containing DIV and/or the UL tags.
Currently the classes are applied to both the DIV and the UL.
James has tweaked the CSS at the mo to deal with it. useful in the long run though if he has a little more power over that.
