cms: filter buttons shows many times

the buttons are generated 3 times in all the admin index pages
could be something with the way helpers are called and extended.

(from [82e04d7b5be37a4bc89cbfbbed0532692b80a278]) seems to be a bug in the filter plugin. small check to see if the path has already been added and if so just skips to the next. fixes [#42 state:resolved] http://github.com/infinitas/infinitas/commit/82e04d7b5be37a4bc89cbf...
