I really like 5.

I like the idea of 6, taking the ribbon from 5 and making taking it by itself with a drop shadow like 6 will be a nice 'brand' (favicon, etc.).

There already is a provision for a prefix in database.php. Just need to modify the AppModel constructor to concat the global and plugin prefixes.

The idea is to replace the check boxes with a autocomplete similar to
lighthouse.
