Bug in the Sequence Behaviour

The behaviours internal settings variable gets corrupted when the behaviour is re-attached to the model. This always happens by design in the event system.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [d1bec01e42fb12dc6ac3b6254934d03a8b6cfc46]) adding a method for checking if behaviors should/could be auto loaded, fixes the issue with behaviors being reloaded by the events with wrong/no config and breaking things. fixes #265 https://github.com/infinitas/infinitas/commit/d1bec01e42fb12dc6ac3b...
