[bug] routing died

playing with some of the routes in the backend and i cant route
anything to the backend anymore. must be from the change where ajax
was introduced as its looking for things like
admin_admin_index().
to fix this we need to remove admin from any actions that are returned, or any prefix you need to add the prefix anyway in the setup of the routes.
